Site Safety Consultants, LLC was founded in early 2016 after 12 years of experience in the construction industry. My time in the private sector provided invaluable insight into the critical balance between risk management and production. This experience shaped my solution-oriented approach to safety—recognizing that simply identifying hazards and violations is not enough. Effective safety management requires research, communication, and collaboration to develop practical solutions.
I believe in fostering a strong safety culture through engagement and problem-solving, not by enforcing a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to work alongside teams to create safer, more efficient job sites—not to be the safety police who only points out what’s wrong without offering a path forward.
